The Terrace marries Caribbean and British dishes together and aims to demystify Caribbean produce by integrating ingredients from ‘the islands’ into British cooking, bringing to life various different textures and flavours.
The menus are geared to help dismiss the preconceived ideas surrounding the Caribbean cuisine.
